Must Have

7 years’ experience designing mechanical systems within the building services industry, relevant design experience in HVAC systems, Ability to read Architectural, Structural, Electrical drawings with minimal supervision, engineering fundamentals, ability to work independently, take accountability for technical outcomes, Demonstrated capability in multidisciplinary collaboration and coordination, Organised and effective team member, able to work easily with others, effectively delegate, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, mentoring mindset, ability to support the development of junior team members, A proactive, commercially aware approach
