Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (will certify at hire) required, 6 months related experience and/or training on propane sit-down forklift and/or reach unit, Ability to consistently prioritize safety by demonstrating a safe work practice by promoting a safe work environment, Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance, Able to apply basic math skills, Ability to read and write standard work instructions and correspondence, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, Able to comprehend a variety of instructions furnished in English, including written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, Able to communicate one-on-one and in small group settings, Able to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance, Ability to identify options for solving a problem encountered during the manufacturing process, Able to use computer, touchscreen, and tablet to perform daily tasks and required training, Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment

What You'll Do.

Ensure efficient delivery of all finished goods to the proper locations. Maintain locations of component and raw material inventories for the Production department. This position will follow the first shift schedule, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time) Deliver pallets, components, material, and finished goods into designated areas as directed by utilizing work flow tools (e.g. tablets, monitors, radios and workstation indicators). (80%) Assist press operators in meeting production goals. (10%) Maintaining inventory accuracy levels through cycle counting. (5%) Maintain cleanliness of equipment area to meet 6S standards. Maintain all scrap and trash hoppers. (5%) **DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes.
