What You'll Do.
and update the status of research and set up processes.
Ensure accurate approval levels are met according to SOX guidelines.
Update internal systems with approved account information with a high degree of accuracy.
Update/Create documentation of customer master processes.
Research of potential customers utilizing Secretary of State’s website.
Work with internal customers to ensure all customer documents comply with SOX guidelines and good business practices.
and update all MBCI systems and status logs.
Internal system updates for maintenance to existing accounts including correct pricing multipliers
and rep/address maintenance.

Are you a person who is highly detailed, enjoys organizing, creating, and improving processes, and working on a team? Do you understand computers and like learning new systems and how they may interact with each other? As the Master Data Associate, you will be responsible for setting up new, maintaining existing MLLC customer accounts, and/or creating/maintaining supplier accounts while working with many different levels in the organization. You will cross-train and cover others as needed and work together to find efficiencies in existing processes. The position reports to the Master Data Manager and will need to have a natural drive for continuous improvement, teamwork, ability to prioritize on the fly and a positive attitude.
