Develop, implement, maintain and grow assigned Dealer marketing and customer attainment and retention goals; Meet / exceed assigned daily, monthly, yearly goals; Align program capabilities with revenue, retention, and customer engagement objectives; Maximize performance; Minimize risk; Achieve measurable outcomes

Must reside in the United States or have a valid U. S. address for residence, Work is generally sedentary in nature, Operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Marketing/Communications, 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, Must be able to write reports and business correspondence, Ability to perform effectively within a team environment, Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects, Must be able to work with all levels and backgrounds in a diverse workforce
Nice to Have
Experience with sales, Direct marketing experience, Creating/implementing marketing plans
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain strong
consultative relationships with assigned dealer base
Proactively identify opportunities to drive enrollment
and campaign deployment
Lead strategic conversations with dealers
Drive dealer participation in program offerings
Ensure timely activation and execution of campaigns
Develop and maintain customized marketing plans for each dealer
Analyze performance trends
Continuously refine dealer strategy
Translate reporting insights into clear
Maintain accurate and detailed dealer records
Review and approve dealer communications
Implement quality control process for marketing materials
dealer selections and dealer originated copy
Assist in the resolution of data issues
