What You'll Do.

Establish training and education modules
Provide a train-the-trainer program
Qualify area trainers for content delivery
Develop training materials and knowledge assessments
Partner with functional areas to coordinate assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document trainings
Utilize training authoring and multimedia tools
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
Incorporate feedback into future training content
Lead and own the ASPEX Filling training program
and continuously improve training materials
Deliver hands-on and classroom training
Ensure all training aligns with SOPs
Partner with Production
Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives
Track training completion
Provide on-floor coaching and performance feedback
Act as a key point of contact for training support
