What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver's license, Clean driving record, 1 year related experience in hospitality

Associate's degree or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally
Empower associates to provide excellent customer service
Perform guest/patient service duties
Allocate labor resources efficiently
Integrate Towne Park standards
Review comment cards and guest satisfaction results
Engage in recruitment and hiring processes
Respond proactively to associate feedback
Provide orientation and on-the-job training
Recognize great performance
Train and coach performers needing improvement
Conduct regular performance appraisals
Provide feedback and coaching
Discipline associates when necessary
Discharge associates when necessary
Develop cohesive working relationships with clients' staff
Maintain regular meeting rhythms with client
Follow through on commitments
Maintain high level of visibility
