What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred

Manage the delivery of guest/patient hiring
evaluating and discharging
assigning and directing
Manage appraising financial management
Address customer and manage associates
Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally
Allocate labor resources efficiently
Integrate Towne Park’s standards
Recruit and hire best people
Respond proactively to associate feedback
Train and coach team members
Conduct performance appraisals
Develop cohesive working relationships with clients
Drive business metrics for forecasting
Ensure associates accurately collect revenue
Supervise reconciliation of revenue and tickets
