What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, 1 year of related experience in hospitality

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree or equivalent degree

What You'll Do.

Manage delivery of guest/patient hiring

evaluating and discharging

assigning and directing

Manage financial management

Manage customer relations

Manage a minimum of two associates

Deliver exceptional guest service experience

Allocate labor resources efficiently

Integrate Towne Park’s standards

Recruit and hire best people

Respond to associate feedback

Conduct performance appraisals

Develop client relationships

Drive business metrics

Ensure revenue collection accuracy

Supervise revenue reconciliation
