Must Have

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, 1 year of related experience in hospitality

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree or equivalent degree

What You'll Do.

Deliver guest service exceptionally and consistently

Allocate labor resources efficiently

Recruit and hire associates

Develop cohesive working relationships with clients

Drive business metrics for forecasting

Ensure accurate revenue collection and reporting

Supervise revenue and ticket reconciliation

Ensure controls for scheduling and timekeeping

Develop cohesive working relationships with clients' staff members; Maintain regular meeting rhythms and communication channels with the client; Ensure the entire team is focused on exceeding client expectations
