general maintenance outside of technical zones

ensuring all services meet high standards
Oversee daily operations of Data Centre facilities
ensuring uninterrupted service and effective risk management
Mentor and guide staff
contributing to their development and knowledge sharing
Manage customer interactions
service provider relations
and the onboarding of clients
Assist in procurement activities
maintenance contracts
and obtaining necessary certifications for facility compliance
Contribute to and manage the site expense budget
supporting broader financial and operational objectives
supervising or coordinating technical teams
and suppliers supporting critical infrastructure
focus on maintaining system reliability and uptime
minimising disruption to clients and operations
coordinating maintenance across electrical
using monitoring systems (e. g. BMS/SCADA) to oversee site conditions
