Role Overview The Staffing Execution Lead – India plays a critical dual role: Driving day-to-day staffing execution across all Ignite Advisory businesses using the India-based consultant pool, and Building and evolving the staffing infrastructure, processes, and operating model to support a rapidly scaling global delivery hub. This role serves as the central coordination point for India-based talent deployment, partnering closely with global Staffing Leads, business leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to balance client demand, consultant development, and utilization goals. As a net-new and high-impact role, this individual will bring a builder mindset, helping define scalable staffing processes, systems, and governance while ensuring alignment with global staffing practices. Key Responsibilities Staffing Execution escalate issues and recommend solutions. Own and continuously improve unstaffed and new hire staffing processes, ensuring strong onboarding and deployment experiences.
