Must Have
2-5 years outside sales experience in Food Service, Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strategic thinking, Planning, Negotiation skills, Understanding of motivational leadership skills, Conflict resolution, Event planning execution, Experience with Microsoft Office products

Cultivate professional relationships with assigned accounts
Gather and maintain key insight for all assigned accounts
Execute and manage all strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Sales Development Business Units and Trade teams
Provide customer sales support for market events
Deliver against assigned volume goals
Execute price actions within the marketplace
Manage spend and product mix sold
