What You'll Do.
Review lease accounting activities
Ensure accurate recording of property-level activity
Manage accounting for acquisitions and dispositions
Partner with capital markets on debt transactions
Serve as liaison for third-party accountants
Support onboarding and training of third-party managers
Calculate and review property management fees
Act as accounting contact for Asset Management
Assist with tax and financial reporting deliverables
Collaborate with auditors
Contribute to special projects

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hotel, and mixed-use assets, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of property-level financials through review and validation of third-party general ledgers.
