**Location:** Lahore, ## ## **Job Summary:** ## **Responsibilities:** **_Responsibilities_** * Support **day-to-day CRM campaign execution** across Email, SMS, and Push, including build, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation * Build one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns within **Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)** * Assist in journey builds, automations, segmentation, and personalization setup * Execute database list selection and dynamic content configurations * Follow established QA processes to ensure accuracy, deliverability, and on-time execution * Monitor campaigns post-deployment and flag issues or discrepancies * Support behavioral and lifecycle-triggered programs for retention and re-engagement * Assist with A/B tests and segmentation tests to support performance optimization * Track channel performance metrics and contribute to reporting for Email, SMS, and Push campaigns * Maintain campaign calendars and assist with creative trafficking and asset coordination * Partner with Analytics, BI, and CRM teams to ensure audiences and data are available for campaign execution * Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, and IT teams to support campaign requirements and timelines * Help maintain documentation for campaign processes, builds, and CRM standards * Stay current on CRM channel best practices, SFMC capabilities, and deliverability standards ** _Qualifications_** **Experience:** * 2–4+ years of hands-on CRM or email marketing experience * **Required: Prior experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)** * Experience supporting multi-channel CRM campaigns preferred * Retail or ecommerce experience a plus **Education:** B.S. in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred ** _Skills_** * Working knowledge of **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) * Experience building and deploying email campaigns and supporting SMS/push efforts * Understanding of segmentation,
