What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years or more of leadership experience in call center management, operations, team management, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, 2+ years of experience in leading projects or peers to achieve common goals, Outstanding organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues and produce solutions, Excellent written and verbal communication proven ability to establish relationships with direct reports, peers, executives and clients
Nice to Have
understanding of KPI management, quality assurance, and team coaching, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
