Must Have
Financial services industry experience in Bank Loan Servicing working for a bank, hedge fund, administrator, or prime broker, Understanding of loans including life cycle events, trade closing mechanics and economics, market settlement conventions, Credit Agreements and their operational mechanics (i. e. funds flows, ticking fees, paydowns, drawdowns, Affiliate language etc.)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Geneva and WSO would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
provide daily bank loan services
position and cash management
completing internal and external reporting requirements
Work together with the bank loan closing team to on board / implement new clients
Process agent notices daily
Work to process deal restructurings in the SS&C systems and agree new positions with client
Manage wire initiation and client approval of same
Position and cash reconciliation
Complete GoCheck tasks daily
weekly or monthly as appropriate
Input static data as necessary for non-syndicated transactions
Load amortisation and margin schedules
Monitor trade capture and action on failed trades
Complete month end tasks and provide relevant month end packages to client and internal SS&C departments
Settle trades in internal SS&C systems
Address client queries in relation to P/L
payments and trade settlements
