ASSOCIATE MANAGER, FIELD RECRUITING - Location: Hybrid (Regional Travel Required) - Organization: Renuity | Field Talent Acquisition ABOUT THE ROLE Renuity is hiring an Associate Manager, Field Recruiting to support, lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for high-volume field hiring across across sales, canvassing, call center, and installation hiring. This player-coach role blends hands-on recruiting with team leadership, operational alignment, and recruiter development. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys leading others while staying close to the work, driving accountability, improving recruiting workflows, and supporting team development in a fast-paced environment. - Reports to the regional Senior Manager, Field Talent Acquisition and plays a key role in strengthening recruiting performance across assigned markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO Team Leadership & Development - Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to a departmentalized team of recruiters, supporting clarity, organization, and consistent performance. - Conduct regular coaching conversations, shadowing sessions, and feedback reviews to support recruiter skill development. - Support onboarding and development of new recruiters, reinforcing best practices in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and hiring execution. - Lead team rhythm through regular check-ins, pipeline reviews, and alignment meetings to maintain momentum and accountability. Recruiting Execution - Maintain a reduced requisition load, focusing on priority or escalated roles to remain connected to recruiting execution. - Support recruiters with pipeline strategy, sourcing approaches, and candidate engagement tactics. - Ensure strong candidate experience standards across all stages of the hiring process. Operational Excellence - Oversee recruiter workload distribution and pipeline pacing across assigned markets. - Monitor hiring funnel health and identify early risks that could impact hiring timelines. -
