About the Team The Enterprise Strategy high-growth startup experience is preferred You’re excited about data and the insights it can provide, have experience creating and owning dashboards and using them to tell stories and help drive business decisions You’re an experienced program manager, working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functionally to drive outcomes; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, create action plans, report on progress You’re a problem solver who uncovers areas to improve with high bias towards proactive solutioning. Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast paced environment You have experience authoring strategic documentation and plans aligned to top company priorities Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information. DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being.
