What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of experience working in Ad tech within the digital marketing industry, Familiarity with Programmatic advertising, CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, ZenDesk, etc.), Understanding of digital media supply and demand chains, Understanding of Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, Spreadsheet proficiency, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially as they relate to building and maintaining relationships, organizational and project management skills

Job Summary: Associate Manager, Demand Operations As a pivotal member of our team, the Associate Manager, Demand Operations will report directly to the Associate Director of Demand Operations, supporting the Demand team’s operational processes. This role demands some understanding of SSP operations, domain approvals, blocklist implementations, and ticket management. Collaboration is key, as you'll engage cross-functionally with Freestar’s Publisher Success, Publisher Support, Product/Engineering, and Onboarding teams to drive growth in both Freestar and publisher revenues.
