What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related entertainment or direct-to-consumer experience preferred, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable, understanding of segmentation, A testing, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey mapping, Experience working with analytics tools (e. g. , Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) and translating data into actionable insights, Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e. g. , Photoshop) for email editing and QA, Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment using tools such as Asana or similar

What You'll Do.
