Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field, 5+ years of experience delivering multichannel content creation for different target demographics, Outstanding command of the English and Cantonese language, Proven experience developing content or social strategies that drive measurable traffic, leads, conversions, community growth or commercial outcomes, understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, search intent, content architecture, internal linking, technical SEO basics, schema, content refresh and competitor analysis, Knowledge of AIO, GEO, AEO, AI search visibility, structured content and answer-led content strategy, Experience growing social media channels or online communities with measurable follower, engagement or referral traffic impact, Be patient, empathetic, and customer-obsessed, A relentless sense of responsibility and ownership in problem-solving, The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment, embrace changes, process new information on the go, and translate that into customer-friendly language, Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption, Project management skills to manage large teams and competing priorities, Keen interest in the world of personal finance
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, fintech, comparison platforms, insurance, lending, credit cards, investment platforms or affiliate marketing, Experience working with creators, KOLs, community partners or financial influencers, Experience working with Product and Growth teams to improve content-to-conversion journeys, Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, social scheduling tools, social listening tools or AI-assisted content workflows, Experience managing advertorials, partner content or commercially sponsored content
