Travel Requirements: Candidate will be expected to be in the Kansas City, MO ICF office at least one time per week., Must have a reliable vehicle for travel up to 10% of the time for site visits, meetings and events within Kansas and Missouri (mileage reimbursement provided), Must be able to pass a background check, Must have a valid driver’s license, Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education), 3+ years experience in project/program management, energy efficiency or demand response, consulting for utilities and/or related experience, Must be able to pass a background check, Must have a valid driver’s license, Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Nice to Have
Expertise in affordable housing, residential, and/or multifamily sectors, Working knowledge of one building science, Working knowledge of demand side management (DSM) programs, Expertise in business management, affordable housing development, energy resources, or energy policy, Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, management skills to help grow and lead a team, Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels, Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information, Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Industry certifications including, but not limited to: BPI, PMP, CEM, Professional affiliations including, but not limited to: AESP, MEECA, MEEA, ACEEE, ASHRAE, or AEE
What You'll Do.

Act as a liaison with building owners
and key community stakeholders to stay apprised of the affordable housing industry

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the portfolio manager; Collaborate with regional and national ICF teams to provide national cohesiveness and bring efficiencies & best practices to your client’s programs; Coordinate with client and other portfolio stakeholders; Day-to-day management of program team members
