Must Have

2-5 years of experience in email marketing, Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization, A deep understanding of the modern eCommerce landscape and best practices for driving revenue, analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action, Experience with personalization, customer journey building, and retention-driving strategies, Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, as well as presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders and leadership, Experience with ESPs and SMS platforms, as well as basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign) required, Passionate about learning how modern technology influences consumer marketing behavior, with an interest in learning the ins and outs of marketing technology platforms, Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured environment on complex projects, You are proactive and a self-starter, with a desire to learn the complexities of operating within a label environment, are comfortable seeking clarification when needed, and contributing hands-on support to ensure team success
