Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Minimum 4–6 years of private equity / private markets fund accounting/ Audits experience, Proficiency in Mandarin is required, Experience reviewing NAVs and financial statements, knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, Experience interpreting partnership agreements
What You'll Do.
Supporting the management team
Overseeing daily operations
Contributing to the successful delivery of client
projects and services
Preparing/Reviewing monthly/quarterly NAV calculations
Preparing/Reviewing capital call and distribution allocations
Performing and reviewing waterfall calculations
Ensuring accurate booking of investment transactions
Overseeing partner capital account maintenance
Reviewing management fee and carried interest calculations
Preparing/Reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements
Coordinating audit processes with external auditors
Ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements
Serving as a point of contact for Client
Reviewing and interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs)
Assisting with onboarding new funds and restructurings
Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
Ensuring internal controls and risk management practices
Supporting system implementations or upgrades
