Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), Completion of the Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, Manager Development Program, and Installer Service Specialist, Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately, Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
Nice to Have
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired), ASE Certification
What You'll Do.
Supervise wholesale or retail operations
Supervise work performed by team members
and discharge team members
Communicate company information to team members
Train new team members
Handle performance evaluations
Recommend pay increases
Ensure team members improve skills
Make weekly customer calls
Support store manager in operations
Ensure store/vehicle maintenance
Maintain records for each vehicle
Ensure staff keeps store neat
Maintain electronic scheduling
Maximize commercial sales
Monitor commercial returns
Review competitive price matches
Serve as City Delivery Supervisor
Supervise HUB store staff
Coordinate city route schedules
Ensure orders are picked and delivered efficiently
Solve customer questions
Coordinate staff efforts
Assist with scheduling workload
Assist with team member work schedules
Ensure customers receive best service
Maintain high degree of safety
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work jointly with the District Manager and Store Manager; Communicate & discuss information conveyed by the company to all store team members; Work directly with the assistant management team
