What They're Looking For.

Must Have

experience in consolidation, close processes, and financial reporting within a multi-entity environment, Demonstrated experience with fluctuation analysis, variance investigation, and financial commentary, Systems-oriented mindset with experience using consolidation and close tools such as OneStream and FloQast, ERP experience NetSuite preferred, Understanding of intercompany accounting, foreign currency, and global reporting considerations, Proven ability to improve processes and support scalable finance operations, communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, Self-starter with a proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset

What You'll Do.

Execute the end-to-end consolidation and close process across global entities

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Support adherence to Parent Company timelines

Identify and resolve consolidation issues

Maintain audit-ready financials and support external reporting requirements

and annual fluctuation analysis

concise commentary explaining variances

and performance drivers

Facilitate close review discussions

Develop deep knowledge of ERP structures

and financial data flows

Support consolidation system integrity

Administer close and reconciliation tools

Investigate issues at both the system and data level and drive sustainable solutions

Identify opportunities to simplify

and accelerate the close process

Oversee intercompany accounting processes

Coordinate with offshore resources

Drive process improvements and support system transitions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Enterprise Systems; Partner cross-functionally to understand key business and accounting drivers; Serve as a key liaison across Brand, Parent Company, and cross-functional finance teams; Partner with FP&A, Tax, GL, and Financial Operations to improve upstream reporting inputs and data quality

Communication Scope

Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights; Communicate effectively across stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise
