What You'll Do.

Support clients with operational duties

Provide account maintenance support functions

Ensure sufficient data integrity

Accurately review onboarding documentation

Create and maintain entity identifiers

Create and maintain user accounts

Create and maintain trade accounts

Assist clients on self service functionalities

Remain knowledgeable on platform integrations

Provide onboarding support for new clients

Provide onboarding support for client team members

Provide onboarding support for client accounts

Ensure smooth and effective quality-controlled onboarding process

Strict adherence to internal procedures

Strict adherence to processing deadlines

Strict adherence to quality-controlled operational processes

Strict adherence to LSTA/LMA standards

Process primary loan transactions

Process secondary loan transactions

Close primary loan transactions

Close secondary loan transactions

Pro-actively identify account related issues

Pro-actively identify system related issues

Work seamlessly with internal partners on resolution plans

Work seamlessly with management on resolution plans

Work seamlessly with internal partners on escalations

Work seamlessly with management on escalations

Capture user feedback

Channel user feedback

Partner with leaders on required projects
