8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development with Cleaning Chemical/ Equipment or related industry, Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client accounts, Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Nice to Have
Experience in selling cleaning, hygiene, or facility management services/products is preferred
What You'll Do.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients
Serve as primary point of contact for major accounts
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue
Provide customized solutions that meet client requirements
Ensure timely delivery of services and products
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Maintain accurate records of all account activities
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance
Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals
Handle contract agreements and SLAs
