What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development with Cleaning Chemical/ Equipment or related industry, Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client accounts, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Nice to Have
MBA preferred, Experience in selling cleaning, hygiene, or facility management services/products is preferred
What You'll Do.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue
Provide customized solutions that meet unique requirements
Ensure timely delivery of services and products
Stay updated on industry trends
and customer insights
Maintain accurate records of all account activities
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance
Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals
Handle contract agreements and service level agreements

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products; Work closely with the operations, product, and customer service teams; Participate in training programs
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; negotiation and presentation skills
