What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Business Management (or within six months of completing degree.), Relevant experience (0-2 years) in project-based accounting and/or project controls., Previous experience or interest in Government Contracting, working with Cost Type, Time and Materials, and/or Fixed Priced contracts., computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Superior memory for details and quality orientated., Excellent organizational skills, including following established process and assisting with process refinement., written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills., Self-starter, demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision, Required Security Clearance: Candidate may possess or be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of FAR and experience with DCAA/DCMA compliance will be helpful, Previous experience with business system software (or specifically Unanet) is desired, however Unanet training can be provided.

AnaVation LLC is seeking a Program Control Analyst (PCA) at the Associate level who desires a long-term opportunity in a dynamic environment. We require a self-starter and motivated professional who likes to learn and take on new responsibilities, has a strong work ethic, is detail oriented, and always exhibits professionalism and discretion. This position will support Program Controls with exposure to the Project Management Leadership team in providing financial support and analysis to achieve project excellence. This will include program planning support such as scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, data validation and resource planning using AnaVation’s business system, Unanet. This position will follow accounting, contractual and regulatory requirements along with proper approval authorization and will assist in the development of Program Control procedures. Reporting will include monthly CDRL reporting, ad-hoc request to support customer requirements and utilizing Unanet for creating standardized program financial reporting, dash boards and metric reporting.
