### **Job Description:** Saab, Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate IT Support Professional to support technology operations and enhance user productivity across the organization. The successful candidate will provide hands-on support for local operations while also contributing to enterprise-wide IT support initiatives for employees and contractors across Saab. **Responsibilities include:** * Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for workplace information and communications technology systems, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Office Suite. * Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, workstations, and limited network and system issues within a heterogeneous environment. * Maintaining data integrity and file system security, including managing permissions and access within Microsoft 365. * Communicating highly technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical personnel. * Recommending and specifying appropriate hardware and software solutions, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools. * Participating in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects. * Conducting training programs designed to educate computer users on basic and specialized applications. * Participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional overnight travel (up to 10% per year). **Compensation Range:** $53,700 - $64,400 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
