What You'll Do.
Act as main contact for fund investors and
Process investor subscription activity
Process investor redemption activity
Communicate pending transactions to fund management
Prepare investor statements
Validate investor statements
Prepare distribution of investor statements
Prepare distribution of investor letters
Prepare distribution of miscellaneous documents
Ensure distribution information is up to date
Prepare wire transfer instructions
Confirm expected cash activity was processed
Comply with department policies and procedures
Participate in system enhancement
Participate in process enhancement
Perform other related duties
