Must Have
A degree in Instructional Design, Learning, or a related discipline., 4–6 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or eLearning development., foundation in instructional theories, adult learning, and curriculum design., Proficiency with leading eLearning tools — Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, etc., Basic understanding of LMS standards like SCORM and xAPI., Experience in multimedia production —video editing, audio narration, animation tools, and more., Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., A creative mindset with a passion for crafting immersive learning experiences., organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
