Inside Sales Job Summary: We are looking for highly motivated and well-spoken individuals to join our sales team by adding Inside Sales Representatives. This person will be responsible for growing our channel partners and supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories. As a successful Inside Sales Representative, you should be able to build an instant rapport, have a competitive growth mindset, and be a good listener to achieve customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: · Manage and grow an existing customer base of channel partners, by increasing share of wallet, as well as, adding new channel partners. · Pro-actively generate meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of OpenEye. · Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives. · Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, taking inbound calls and following up on leads. · Comfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while providing Heroic customer service and driving revenue. · Keeping up with product and service information and updates. · Successfully explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. · Researching and qualifying new leads. · Following up on quotes, updating CRM, closing sales and achieving
