The best run DevOps teams in the world choose Perforce. ## Responsibilities Customer Assurance Coordinate and respond to customer security and compliance questionnaires in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Security, Legal, Sales, Engineering). Maintain and update customer-facing security documentation including whitepapers, and FAQ materials. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer assurance materials such as certifications, policies, and security summaries. Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain and organize the GRC internal team SharePoint site, ensuring that internal teams can easily find what they need quickly. Collaborate with audit and policy team to maintain the latest versions of evidence. Assist in creating and maintaining internal process documentation and knowledge base articles to support repeatable and scalable GRC operations. Operational Support Help track and follow up on action items related to compliance initiatives and security reviews. Support the GRC team in preparing reports, presentations, or summaries for internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance documentation practices.
