What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of experience in Industrial Security, Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years or have been enrolled in a Continuous Evaluation program within the last 5 years, Ability to obtain a U. S. Government polygraph, Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP), U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120.62 is required, current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U. S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program

Nice to Have

Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Security or equivalent, CDSE, NSTI/SASSI or other Professional Certification in SAP Security, SCI Administration, ICD-705, JSIG/RMF, COMSEC, or related security certifications, Experience with A/CPSO, A/CSSO, FSO, Experience as a Industrial Security Analyst, Experience working in an SCI/SAP/Aerospace security/intelligence community environment, Experience with NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals, Experience multi-tasking with minimal supervision, Experience working in a fast-paced environment, Ability to perform occasional second-shift or after-hours work schedules to accommodate program operations

, collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements., Assists with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (to include inventory, distribution and destruction)., Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures., Develops, implements and administers an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on less complex programs., Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses., Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information., Assists in Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities (e.
