Must Have
B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field, 1+ years of experience in semiconductor, optics, or advanced manufacturing, Foundational understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar layout tools, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective communication skills, Ability to work cross-functionally, Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
Internship experience in semiconductor fabrication or optical manufacturing, Exposure to automation systems, Lean or Six Sigma training, Exposure to SPC, OEE, DOE, or other statistical methodologies, Exposure to simulation tools, Experience with data analysis tools

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to learn and contribute to automation, layout planning, and manufacturing efficiency projects in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has foundational experience or internship exposure in semiconductor, optics, or advanced manufacturing environments and is interested in developing expertise in automation systems, capacity planning, and simulation tools.
