Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Execute and support software implementation projects, including data uploads, audits, and configuration for client benefits platforms. Build, test, and troubleshoot EDI files and system integrations using third-party tools to ensure accurate data exchange. Perform quality assurance and root cause analysis to identify and resolve system or data issues during implementation. Conduct testing and validation of platform functionality to ensure proper system performance prior to client deployment. Support client meetings, training sessions, and presentations related to system setup and functionality. Provide ongoing client support and respond to technical inquiries related to platform configuration and usage. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to documentation, SOP improvements, and knowledge sharing initiatives. Requirements This role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and experience in software implementation or data-driven environments. Candidates should be comfortable working with clients, managing deadlines, and learning complex systems quickly. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience. 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, data operations, or related technical roles. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with database or data management tools. Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality assurance. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information. Preferred: experience in insurance, HR, or financial services environments. Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%).
