What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate degree or higher, Understanding and appreciation of GMP requirements, Previous experience with change management systems in a regulated environment, Understanding of various elements required to analyze, develop and deliver solutions to business problems, Ability to create project plans, monitor schedules, and manage implementation of projects as necessary, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently, interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to communicate ideas for new projects and new processes effectively, Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Nice to Have
Previous experience writing, coordinating, presenting and managing complex projects with multiple deliverables, Experience within change management systems, Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution operations, Understanding of how the follow processes and system requirements which impact Supply Chain projects: Commissioning / Qualification / Validation of equipment, Warehouse Operations awareness, development of printed and non-printed packaging components, experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, Experience with introducing existing products into new markets and launching new products to new markets
What You'll Do.
Provide operational and project support for the business responsibilities of the Site Supply Chain Group
Provide support for specific manufacturing and strategic initiatives
Assist with the development and implementation of new and revised processes and procedures as required
Provide analysis of specific operational or business processes as identified by management
and develop for approval
efficiency improvements
Implement and seek additional opportunities for replication
Manage all projects within the local Change Control management system
