The **Associate I, Manufacturing Science & Technology Engineering **, is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating new production materials, equipment, and technologies before mass production. You will conduct research, solve production cost and quality issues, and develop standard procedures to support efficient production processes and project goals. **In this role, a typical day will include:** • Apply technical knowledge to perform tasks and support project goals effectively • Develop, implement, and evaluate new production materials, equipment, and technologies before mass production • Conduct manufacturing research and development to solve production cost and quality issues and ensure production efficiency • Evaluate project capacity for production process design and development • Develop and implement standard manufacturing procedures to reduce overall costs and determine product quality standards • Arrange equipment and tools to support production and ensure products are delivered within approved timelines and budget • Select and communicate with vendors to determine product specifications • Engage with partner functions such as Research and Development, commercial, and quality • Follow procedures with some decision-making authority, requiring job-related training, attention to detail, and reliability • Adhere to Good P
