Substantial demonstrable experience as a hydrogeologist within consultancy, water company, regulator or academic fields, Experience in water resources hydrogeology and hydrology, Good understanding of UK hydrogeology, Experience leading projects through the project life-cycle, Excellent numerical, analytical, report-writing and presentational skills, Ablility to communicate effectively at all levels
