Industry & Context.
Must be available to work the hours required. This requires flexibility and working hours that may include weekend days, especially during busy periods., This role requires the ability to remain standing for several hours at a time (approximately 4–5 hours per day)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One year office experience or education equivalent, Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Nice to Have
CPA support program with cash incentive upon completion
What You'll Do.
Maintaining mailing lists
Maintaining spreadsheets
Stuffing payroll checks and W-2s
Perform various other tasks as assigned that may not fall within the scope of this job description
and Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA.
Understand and complies with the Company’s policies
Perform work in a professional manner and in accordance with firm policies and professional standards
Organize schedule to meet the requirements of the assignments.
Prioritize work assignments to meet the objectives of the firm.
