The Impact of an Associate HR Operations Analyst at Coupa: The Associate HR Operations Analyst is a foundational member of the HR Operations team, focused on supporting the overall quality and integrity of HR data. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and transactional support, ensuring accurate data in our HR systems, and handling employee inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient HR service delivery and helping to streamline foundational processes. ## What You'll Do Maintain accurate employee data and perform regular updates to employee records from hire to retire.
