Must Have

Minimum 3 years experience in Transaction Banking client service management, Proven experience in KYC procedures combined with client onboarding capabilities within banking environments, Ability to clearly communicate in written and verbal formats to internal and external stakeholders, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Project management proficiency, Depth and technical knowledge of e-banking platforms plus core banking systems, problem-solving and analytical skills

Guide clients through documentation

Work collaboratively with internal teams

Deliver consistent client experiences

Contribute to product enhancements

Receive deal handover forms

Set up internal calls with teams

Draft comprehensive project scope documents

Conduct kick off calls with clients

Gather and share necessary documentation

Respond promptly to client inquiries

Coordinate additional KYC requirements

Escalate major issues to Relationship Managers

Collect signed original documentation

Coordinate setup with middle- and back-office teams

Review scanned copies of completed application forms

Facilitate legal document negotiations

Handle exception cases

Coordinate eBanking setup

Monitor post-go-live periods
