Eligibility Requirements

Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance, Required to support efforts across our operating locations, Potentially significant and extended travel at times, Work environment is in a standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory, test facility, or at operational test range locations, Physical demands may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs, Significant travel, Must be a U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, 2–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or related engineering discipline, Demonstrated experience or coursework in one or more of the following: Test planning, procedure development, or test execution support, Hardware/software integration or interface verification, System safety, hazard analysis, or safety documentation, Requirements development and traceability, Analytical and technical writing skills with attention to detail, Ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Exposure to missile defense, interceptor, space, or highly integrated aerospace flight programs, Familiarity with MIL-STD-882 (System Safety), MIL-STD-1540, Range Commanders Council (RCC) safety standards, or equivalent safety and test standards, Experience supporting test readiness reviews, safety review boards, or anomaly investigations, Familiarity with verification and validation (V&V) methodologies and requirements management tools, Experience interfacing with U. S. Government customers or range safety organizations
