Assist in owning the visual identity and design excellence across our client-facing and internal marketing ecosystem; Shape how we present RBC Capital Markets to our clients; Amplify our brand differentiation; Set design standards that elevate the Global Marketing team's output; Ensure quality at every stage; Ensure consistency with dedicated quality assurance at every step

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of professional design experience in a marketing, agency, or corporate environment, Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Suite, A sharp eye for composition, typography, and photography, paired with meticulous attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, A bachelor’s degree in arts, Design, or a related field

What You'll Do.

Own the full design lifecycle for assigned campaigns and initiatives

Work from initial brief through concepting and iteration

Make informed decisions about design direction

See projects through to production and delivery

Manage vendor relationships

Coordinate with print and facilities teams

Ensure quality at every stage

Be the design authority on projects

Accountable for creative vision and practical delivery

Creating graphic design assets for digital and print channels

Translating brand strategy and design systems into cohesive

Maintaining RBC's visual standards across all touchpoints

Establishing reusable templates and image libraries

Ensuring consistency with dedicated quality assurance at every step

Managing vendor relationships and production logistics for print and digital distribution

Overseeing the installation and lifecycle management of in-office and on-site signage

How You'll Work.

Collaborating with cross-functional partners in Digital & Social Media, Content Strategy & Insight and Regional Business Marketing Teams to understand business objectives; Pitch ideas confidently; Incorporate feedback constructively; Defend design decisions grounded in strategy with a solutions-oriented mindset; Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
