Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Quantitative Analytics, or related discipline, 1+ years of experience in corporate governance and/or executive compensation research or a similar role

Nice to Have

Experience at proxy advisory firms, compensation consultants or institutional shareholders, Experience working with various analytical tools, Passion in corporate governance, executive compensation, E&S, M&A, and shareholder activism research, Intellectual curiosity and dedication to mastering complex concepts

What You'll Do.

Prepare annual meeting reports

Analyze executive compensation programs

Support vulnerability analyses

Assist in identifying governance vulnerabilities

Assess client CSR reporting

Form and sustain client relationships

Develop intellectual capital

Analyze public company filings

Review materials for events

Reach out to research contacts

Maintain critical databases

Identify and recommend efficiency improvements

Maximize utility from resources

Aid in report development

Prepare presentations

Assist Senior Director

Complete tasks timely and professionally
