Must Have
1+ years’ experience, Diploma or Bachelor degree
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Investor Services processes, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, business-related field or related experience, financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service experience, Existing client/customer service experience
What You'll Do.
Process investor subscriptions
Support quality control review
Maintain up-to-date investor records
Ensure data integrity
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Be main contact for daily client inquiries
Complete deliverables within Service level agreements
Escalate client or deliverable issues
Collaborate with internal teams
Address investor inquiries
Resolve issues promptly
Respond to queries from Clients
Respond to queries from Investors
Respond to queries from Fund Managers
Respond to queries from internal MUFG Departments
Provide assistance to team members
Provide guidance to team members
Work with Line Manager on testing
Work with Line Manager on change requests
Work with Line Manager on adoption of new
Participate in regular team check-in meetings
