What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of experience working in the fund administration industry, Post-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance, accounting or related fields, computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Excel and Adobe PDF, Ability to discern time-sensitive issues and prioritize appropriately, Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment, Effective communication skills are required
Nice to Have
Experience in client trading is desirable, Working knowledge of SWIFT, including Securities and Payment Swift messages, and experience processing wires is beneficial but not required
What You'll Do.
Prepare custody documents
Liaise with administrators
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve custody queries
Prepare and validate trading documentation
and review AML/KYC due-diligence packages
Process custody trade settlements
Monitor and manage trading deadlines
Maintain full ownership of the end-to-end trade workflow
Apply operational controls
and complete required checklists
Liaise professionally with clients
and independently resolve discrepancies or exceptions
Provide timely responses to operational inquiries
and efficiency opportunities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (client operations, investor operations, AML/compliance, governance, banking, Fund of Fund Operations, Vendor Management, Swift Operations, Client Integration); Liaise professionally with clients, fund administrators, and internal teams
