Must Have
12+ years of legal experience, with a track record managing complex litigation and investigations for a global company, J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction, Hands-on experience with employment law — U.S. federal and state requirements — and comfort operating across international frameworks
What You'll Do.
Own and actively manage Logitech’s global litigation portfolio
including patent and IP disputes
and employment claims across courts and arbitration forums worldwide.
Select and direct external counsel
Lead and support investigations involving compliance issues
Code of Conduct matters
and employment-related concerns from intake through resolution.
Advise on Logitech’s global compliance programs spanning product regulatory requirements
and environmental obligations.
Partner with the People & Culture team on employee relations
and employment litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop a deep understanding of Logitech’s products
Help identify where Legal can have the greatest impact — and then deliver it.
